Standard Grade pupils are currently studying for the REHIS exam.  This also covers the knowledge needed for the topic Beating the Bugs.  Next term the emphasis will be on practical skills and the assessment of a Practical Assignment.


Short Course pupils are working on a Unit - Food Hygiene for the Hospitality Industry at (Int1 and Access3).  Practical work builds in the skills needed for Food Prep Techniques Int 1 and Access3.  It is hoped that most of the pupils will achieve both these units
